Speak up -
When you see anything wrong happening in front of you. Don't wait for others to react. They might be waiting for the same. It is important to stop the wrong doing right there. Silence might result in life long guilt.
When you have feelings for him/her. It is always right time to express love. Do you know what will happen the next moment? No, right. Then, how can you lose a chance to express the love while just waiting...Love is never rejected...it is just the relationship expectation that gets rejected. So don't worry. Just speak up and let the person know how much you love them.
